His work is rooted in the conviction that people already carry potential within them; what they need is opportunity, encouragement, and an environment that allows them to thrive.

Zayyad is stepping forward into public service not in search of power, but out of a deep dissatisfaction with the way poverty, helplessness, and neglect continue to limit lives. He believes leadership should inspire confidence, restore dignity to honest work, and mobilize people toward a shared purpose.
